Just Baked, located at 725 12th Street, Paso Robles, CA is a bakery, breakfast restaurant, dessert shoppe & coffee house founded by two friends. Coming from humble beginnings as a college novelty and with their Flagship Chocolate Chip (Trademarked) Cookie at the helm, they now offer a full menu of additonal cookie flavors, desserts, cakes and other specialties for weddings & special events.

In August of 2020, their quaint but posh shop within the Paso Robles Market Walk opened. After heaps of much-deserved attention, they found themselves expanding into what is currently their flagship location, right on the park in Downtown Paso Robles.

Outside, you will be invited in by a sleek, modern storefront adorned with decorative vines & flowers.

Inside, you'll find a picturesque modern baked goods glass display atop a clean white marble bar. On the white painted stone walls, you'll be comforted by an endearing command in elegant calligraphy, "Feed Me Cookies and Tell Me I'm Pretty," along with some reassurance: "All Are Welcome Here."

Some sweet & savory delights on their menu include: Snickerdoodles, Ham & Cheese Croissants, Egg Bites, Chocolate Chai Coffee Cake, Apricot Scones, Bagels, Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, Cookie Dough Cupcakes, Triple Lemon Cupcakes, Lemon Bars, Brown Butter Rice Crispy Treats, and Salted Peanut Butter Brittle Cookies.

Scott's pick was the Oatmeal Raisin Cookie. Sweet & grainy, with lush raisins in every bite and a hearty constitution, it was particularly satisfying.
