Avila Valley Barn, located at 560 Avila Beach Drive in San Luis Obispo, CA 93405 is a locally owned & operated farm with family-friendly attractions, holiday events, locally grown produce, food, canned goods & gifts.

Just off the road on your way to Avila Beach from Highway 101, any time you stop by, you are guaranteed to find something special. After parking on the side lot, you'll make your way through the farm animal zoo, which includes well-cared-for big & small furry and feathered friends for you, or the little ones to learn more about and appreciate.

Beyond, inside the store, you'll find locally grown and delicious fresh fruits and vegetables, locally prepared meat snacks, wonderful pies, a robust and sophisticated selection of preserved goods, gift-ready baked treats, artisanal soaps and oils, and almost anything else you can imagine which is good, honest and wholesome.

Should you be in the mood for a bite to eat, you can make your way over to the Chicken Shack & Smoke House, where you'll find American staples like Nashville Fried Chicken Sandwiches, Mac & Cheese, Smoked Artichokes, and a good Ol' Fashioned Hot Dog. If you fancy something colder, grab a nice scoop of ice cream from the Sweet Shoppe and enjoy it in the lovely Central Coast weather.

If you happen to stop by during a holiday, keep your eyes peeled for special goings-on such as visiting with Santa, picking out pumpkins, taking a hay ride, or going out and picking some apples in Gopher Glen.

Scott's pick is in the shop--habanero dill pickles. Crisp, juicy, refreshing, with a pleasant burn and packed with herbacious flavor, you won't go wrong if you grab a jar. Perhaps even two. Find YOUR pick today and #RelyLocal!
