This is a program that provides medical care at home. Depending on the need, these services could include a team of professionals such as nurses, aides and therapists.

Hospice Care

Hospice is a compassionate approach to caring for those who are faced with life-limiting terminal illnesses. Hospice provides patients and their families with supportive services that keep the patient comfortable, educate the family and provide emotional support.

How do I get this service?

This service requires a physician order. Talk to your physician, hospital discharge planner or contact our professional staff.

How long can I have this service?

As long as you have a skilled need and your doctor orders these services.

How is this service paid?

The Home Care benefit is covered by Medicare, Medicaid and most insurances.  Roswell Home Care also accepts qualified Chaves County Indigent clients.
