Fine dining will greet you at our front door. A traditional service style of soup, salad, main entrees and choice of starch is our menu format. We serve daily lunch and weekly dinner specials.

We serve the best quality steaks, chops, seafood, poultry & veal. Our relationship with our suppliers span many decades & multiple generations of family operations. While we are not a gourmet restaurant, we are a restaurant that provides excellent quality food.

The Summit takes the word "service" very seriously. Our serving staff is attentive, polite, competent and well trained. We try to provide service in a way that will bring you back time and time again.

Our dining room is elegant, but not stuffy. Dress code is casual to formal, however, during the summer months it's not unusual to see people wearing shorts.

Our lounge is a very comfortable place to relax and visit. We offer a wide selection of tap beers to cordial and single malt scotches. The Summit has something to meet everyone's taste.

Tuesday through Friday, from 11:30 a.m. until 6 p.m., we offer cocktail hour, with complimentary appetizers served from 4-6 p.m..
