Brian Ramczyk, owner of R&B Carpets & Flooring, Inc. (6214 Douglas Avenue) has been involved with the flooring industry dating back to his high school days. After a short period of time working in Milwaukee in a complete different industry, Brian came back to his roots and the flooring business due to his love of working with people.

Brian officially opened the doors of his business in 1990 and is proud that his philosophy has not changed since the beginning days. “I like to talk and meet new people and every day is a different day. I am very laid back and easy-going. Most people respect this and that is who I am. I try to make them feel comfortable.”

R&B Carpets & Flooring, Inc. offers this service. “When a customer calls and talk to me, I personally will be the one to come out to his home. I provide a quote on the spot and this works out very well.” explains Brian. “This eliminates layers internally as the customer is dealing directly with the owner. It saves everyone time, and in turn, ultimately saves my customers money.” There are no charges for estimates and Brian does encourage his customers to shop around so they can appreciate the value of his offers.
