At Maio Unlimited Upholstery we give you what you pay for, not just promise it. We will go over the details of the construction of your furniture with you to make sure it will fit you and your needs. Reupholstery is better than new because we can make it comfortable for you.

Some of the details we provide:

Foam cushions are solid not pieced.
Foam will be covered in Dacron to protect the foam from UV rays.
Pictures of the process so you can see what we have done.
Consultation about what you want and how it will look, also ways to cut cost to make your reupholstery more affordable.

With Maio Unlimited Upholstery you receive quality work and quality materials.We provide you with photographs taken during the upholstery process so you can see you are getting what you paid for.

Estimates are based on:

$10 per yard up charge, plus extra yardage based on the repeat, for matching patterns.
$100 for 8-way hand tied chair back springs.
$150 for 8-way hand tied sofa back springs.
$150 for 8-way tied chair seat springs.
$200 for 8-way tied sofa seat springs.
$10 per yard upcharge using your materials.
Extra charge per situation for: skirt, working with leather, button tufting, and channeling.
