ATTORNEYS:
H. RANDOLPH KLEIN is a transaction attorney focusing on real property, probate and commercial matters. He is an approved agent for Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund and First American Title Insurance Company.
Mr. Klein received his BBA (cum laude) from Stetson University in 1973, and received his JD (with honors) from the University of Florida in 1976. While at the University of Florida he was invited to become a member of the Law Review and is a member of the Order of the Coif. Mr. Klein is a U.S. Army veteran.
FRED N. ROBERTS, JR. is a sixth generation Floridian, born and raised in Ocala, Florida. He has been with the law firm of Klein & Klein, LLC since 2006 where his practice consists predominantly of real estate, probate and commercial matters.
Mr. Roberts received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Florida in 2002. While attending the University of Florida, Mr. Roberts served as the Florida Blue Key Director of Special Events, as a Justice on the Student Traffic Court and received the President’s Award in Recognition of Outstanding Achievement and Contribution to the University. He received his JD from Stetson University College of Law in 2005 and began practicing with Klein & Klein, LLC shortly after being admitted to practice law in Florida.
LAWRENCE C. CALLAWAY, III, is a transactional, real estate and probate attorney who also handles real estate related litigation matters. He represents both individuals and institutions and also serves as counsel to the Marion County Industrial Development Authority.
Mr. Callaway received his BBA (cum laude) from Stetson University in 1976, and received his JD (cum laude) from that university in 1979. While an undergraduate, he received numerous awards for leadership and scholarship, including being named to Omicron Delta Kappa, the national leadership honorary. In law school, Mr. Callaway served as a teaching assistant and research assistant in the area of commercial law and was honored as a Dana Scholar.
