Our highest priority is meeting your visual needs. We provide quality eye care and personal service to all patients all around the Central Florida region at both our Ocala and Inverness locations. But Dr. Navin Singh isn't your average Eye Doctor. Not only does he specialize in unique and fashionable eyewear, he also presents patients with a wide range of options and recommendations from lens treatments, glaucoma prevention and diagnosis, to contact lenses, prescription sunglasses, and other products not found at a normal Ocala eye care institute.

I-Care Vision Center is here to provide you with the highest quality selection of prescription eyewear, prescription sunglasses and contact lenses. All fitting and eye exams are done on site, making it easier for you to keep your eyes in check.

Dr. Singh received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Ohio State University College of Optometry in Columbus, Ohio. He continued his optometric training through Ohio State University Hospital specializing in hospital based optometry and ophthalmologic co-management of Glaucoma, Ocular Disease, Inflammation, trauma, Retinopathy, Laser Surgery, and Cataracts.

Dr. Singh has cared for patients as an optometrist in the Central Florida area since 2003. He has extensive experience in family eye care, including pediatric eye examination, contact lens fitting, eye surgery co-management, adult eye care, and low vision consultation.

Dr. Singh has previously traveled to developing countries with groups of eye care specialists and Lion's Club Volunteers to provide free eye examinations and eyewear to thousands of residents. He continues his volunteer efforts here in Florida at various schools and churches, providing optometric services and glasses to uninsured children and adults.

Dr. Singh is Florida State licensed and board certified in ocular pharmaceutical agents and minor procedures. His training and experience allow him to diagnose, treat, and manage or co-manage all eye conditions.

At I-Care Vision Center, our focus is on helping you to achieve a lifetime of exceptional vision. Regular exams are a necessary step in this process. At the end of your visit Dr. Navin Singh will help you determine what follow-up frequency is optimal based on your health status and exam findings.

Comprehensive Eye Exams:

Refraction of the eyes for regular eyewear. We also provide contact lens examinations, which require special measurements of the eyes that are made to ensure proper fitting of the contact lenses. We fit bifocal contact lenses and other specialty contacts as well.

Dr. Singh is ready to assist you in overcoming any red eye, allergies, injuries, loss of vision, or any other eye-related conditions, and well aware of the allergy seasons.

Annual comprehensive eye examinations are a critical part of keeping your eyes healthy for a lifetime, make sure your focused on the finer things in life.

Diagnosis & Treatment:

The systematic use of lenses, prisms, filters, occlusion and other appropriate materials, modalities, equipment and procedures is integral to optometric diagnosis & treatment. The goals of the prescribed treatment regimen are to alleviate the signs and symptoms, achieve desired visual outcomes, meet the patient's needs and improve the patient's quality of life.

Pediatric Vision Care:

Early vision examination is particularly important if any member of the family has had ambylopia (lazy eye), strabismus (deviating eyes), or any convergence disorders. Testing of eye teaming and eye tracking skills (binocular vision and binocular depth perception) should be a part of every child's comprehensive eye examination.

Prescription Eye Wear:

We offer a full range of eyewear, with an emphasis on personalized lens options best suited for your particular visual needs.
