At Copp Winery we produce hand-crafted wines on site in Citrus County at our Crystal River, Florida winery from the finest domestic and imported grapes and juices. Our intense care throughout the fermentation and bottling process, minimal sulfites, and limited production amounts ensure consistently high quality table wines.  Our wines are available by the glass, bottle or case.  Come sample the best varieties of your favorite reds and whites as well as rare and unique blends while you treat your senses and palate to an extraordinary experience.

Copp Winery also offers wood hand-crafted wine presentation boxes, hand-crafted wooden wine totes, custom wine baskets and gifts as well as personalized custom wine labels for businesses, fundraisers and special events, as well as weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, and other special occasions. Personalized special occasion labels and custom-labeled wines make your wine gift unique and custom-labeled wines are a great way to thank clients and advertise your business!  Whether you need one label or a hundred, we can create a label for you from our design or from your business card, invitation, or favorite photograph. 

WINE BAR

With wine by the glass or bottle, our wine bar gives you the opportunity to come in and relax while you unwind with an old favorite or a new variety.  Copp Winery offer the most popular wine varietals of reds and whites as well as our unique and special blends.

Light fare is available to accompany your wine selection.  Our selection of cheeses includes home-made fresh mozzarella in various flavors.  Please note that the kitchen closes 1/2 hour before the Winery and Wine Bar do.

Reservations are required for groups of 7 or more.  Private group tasting during non-public hours available on limited basis.  Because of limited availability, please reserve private parties early to avoid disappointment.

WINE TASTING

Don't be intimidated by a lack of knowledge about wines or myths you may have heard about wine tasting.  The true goal of wine tasting is to enjoy yourself as you experience wines with all your senses so that you may reap the full enjoyment and, in the process, discover new wines that appeal to you. 

At Copp Winery you don't have to be an expert or even know any wine terminology to enjoy a wine tasting and offer your opinions.  We welcome novices and experts alike to participate in enjoyable and informative discussions of the wine samples.

The more different wines you try, and the more attention you pay to each wine, the better you will become at ascertaining and describing each wine's characteristics and learning which wines you most enjoy.

And, since everyone's tastes are different, never hesitate to spit out a wine you do not care for.  It is perfectly acceptable and, at formal tastings where dozens of wines may be sampled, it is customary.

We believe in three simple rules at Copp Winery for wine tasting:

Rule 1 - Enjoy.  Take a deep breath and open your mind to the world of wines that awaits you.  Enjoy the experience. 

Rule 2 - Relax.  You're with friends. And don't hesitate to ask questions. 

Rule 3 - Don't worry.  Remember rule one - enjoy.  At Copp Winery, we will help you each step of the way so you can awaken your senses while you discover what you like or dislike about a wine. 

Stop in for a FREE wine tasting.  Enjoy tasting a  complimentary selection of three different wines.  An  additional three wine sampling is just $3.00.

UNIQUE WINES

In addition to all your favorite wine  varietals, Copp Winery offers unique new blends.  These signature blends wine will be available both by the glass, for you to sip and enjoy along with our warm friendly atmosphere, and by the bottle, for you to enjoy at home or give as a special gift.

Either way, when they are gone, they are gone.  Until the next special blend is unveiled and the cork is popped on a whole new adventure!

Occasionally, we may offer select  reds and whites as reserve wines.  Only the best of the best will bear this label of distinction.  Because of the limited quantity, we suggest the next time you drop by Copp Winery, that you ask to be put on the reserve wine mailing list so that you won't miss out on this rare opportunity.
