Labels
We print all types of Labels: Pressure Sensitive, Self-Laminating, For Use on Glass, Custom Printed, Address Labels, I.D. Labels, Chart Labels, Bar Code Labels, and many more. Whether your label need is for inside or outside exposed to extreme temperatures, for auto glass or bumpers, permanent or temporary; we can provide it. 

Envelopes 
Envelopes come in all sizes and materials. Mailing envelopes have to comply with the postal regulations when you use the least amount of postage. We provide layouts for the proper bar codes and FIM codes necessary for return envelopes. Endorsements can be confusing for First Class Mail. We can help you choose the right one. 

Business Flats come in many sizes including wove, Tyvek or Poly. For First Class Mail be sure to select “Green Diamond Border” for the best postal service. 

Other envelope usage includes: Filing, Storing, Securing Personal Items, Evidence Envelopes, Currency and Coin Envelopes, Clear pouches for bank deposits (or for displaying packing slips or invoices) and many more. All the checks that we print are ‘Check 21 Compliant’ and have at least 5 levels of security features, and they don’t add much extra cost, but are well worth the price. These help to discourage fraudulent use of your checks.

Patient Statements and Envelopes
We offer many types and styles of statement forms to enhance your billing system. With a preprinted form your message and bill will get prioritized attention, and it’s proven that it will be paid sooner. Features include: perfs and scores for easier folding and a ‘Return for Credit’ portion that fits into a single window envelope. The system automatically prints the name and address of your practice in the designated area.

Claim Forms
We carry UB-04 and CMS 1500 in Laser and Continuous and can be imprinted with your name.

Laser Band ID Bracelets
Form D1564 offers a convenient, laminated bracelet and is easy to prepare, plus 20 chart labels, all in 1 Laser Label/Form. Advantx software accommodates this form. (See their menu).

Encounter Forms – Superbills
Custom Printed for your specific practice with codes, diagnosis, procedures, etc., in any ink color(s). We have an extensive library of samples. Send us your sample. We may suggest some ideas or changes to make it more efficient or easier to read.

Secure Rx Pads
Many states are requiring Rx pads to be printed on secure paper. Ours offers Void background if copied, plus Thermochromatic Ink which, when touched, disappears. It re-appears after the heat from your hand is no longer present. It is very hard to be defeat.
