Our customers include restaurants, deli’s, pizzerias, specialty markets, & caterers many of whom have been dedicated customers for many years. We attribute our success to the close relationships formed with our customers as well as suppliers.

Our product list is extensive and offers a full line of deli meats, dairy, fresh & frozen meats, institutional dry goods, frozen foods, paper products and a complete line of imported specialty foods.

History

Catanzaro Quality Meats was started in 1939 by Vincent (Billy) S. Lech as a local wholesaler of meat & dairy products known as Vincent S. Lech Provisions Inc. Started during the Great Depression they serviced mainly “mom & pop” stores as well as restaurants. In 1949 Joseph Catanzaro joined Billy in his growing business and eventually purchased the company in 1976. Joe and his family have been running the business for 30years and counting in 2006.

Over the years Joe and his family have made many friends in the business and continue to serve each customer with personal attention not possible from larger national competitors.
