We have 10 greenhouses for our premium smokable flower that is trimmed, packaged, and processed at our facility in Edgar, WI.

The Village Pharm

Joe Heil founded Heil Ginseng Inc. in 1994. Heil Ginseng started as purely a ginseng farm, growing approximately 2 acres, and has grown the business throughout the years to be one of the largest growers in Wisconsin/the USA. Through continuous growth, Heil Ginseng has become vertically integrated. Joe is a long-standing member of the Ginseng Board of WI, having sat as the president for over 10 years and has had continuous involvement in the organization for nearly 20 years. Joe has been a huge advocate of the Wisconsin Ginseng industry, helping to shape the way ginseng is grown, processed, and sold today.

In 2019, Heil Ginseng expanded into the CBD hemp arena, founding The Village Pharm. The Village Pharm is a grower, processor, and extractor of CBD/CBG & other cannabinoids from biomass isolate. The Village Pharm specializes in Greenhouse Grown Smokable flower and Pre-Rolls.
