Customer Service         

The old saying that there is no job too big or no job too small certainly applies here.

From changing a lamp in that hard to reach fixture, to installing a hot tub, to updating your service, or installing an automatic standby generator system, our service electricians can help.

All service work is completed on a Time and Material basis. $65 per hour, with a 1-hour minimum charge. For calls that potentially could exceed $500 we would be happy to give you an estimate.

Design / Build is one of the most over used terms in our industry. When we say design, we mean:

• Interacting with the customer and conducting a needs analysis and quantifying their needs to develop a budget based on what they need vs. what they can afford.
• be a single source contact and oversee the integration of all systems.
• AutoCAD drawings, Foot Candle Point-by-point calculations, Ashrae 90.1 compliance, NEC compliance, NFPA compliance, etc.

Whether the project is Design / Build or Bid and Spec. Commercial Construction constitutes the majority of our work in any given year. We’ve had the opportunity to be involved in golf courses, institutional projects, correctional facilities, school construction and remodels, stadiums, street lighting, decorative building illumination, and many, many different types of multi-use office buildings throughout Michigan.

General contractors have an elevated level of confidence when we’re on the project. We properly man projects, we have the tools and equipment, and we are active problem solvers.
