Woodstock has been my home since 1976, and McHenry county my workplace since I started business in 1984. After serving as the Building Trades instructor at Woodstock High School, I started Schutz Construction, Inc. with the intent of following some basic principles:

    * Do quality work, with quality materials
    * Hire quality craftsman, and keep them with me
    * Be on site, and always available to talk or meet
    * Stay on the job until it is finished
    * Work neatly, and clean up every day
    * Don't leave until the customer is 100% satisfied. Thrilled is even better.
