Hot Stone Therapy - Smooth polished basalt lava stones are heated and applied to the body. The deep penetrating warmth releases stubborn muscle tension and alleviates stress.

Deep Tissue! Trigger Point Therapy - Designed for individuals wanting detailed treatment to specific muscle groups. Often blended with a Swedish massage.

Myofascial Therapy - The focus is on the various aspects of the mechanical and reflexive functions of connective tissue. Assisting the fascia to elongate, unwind and rebound. Beneficial to those who suffer from limited range of motion, chronic pain and spasms.    

Sports Massage - Not necessarily for the athlete. Combines Swedish and deep tissue massage with range of motion and stretching techniques. Ideal for the occasional or serious athlete's pre-event body preparation or post-event body restoration. Sport clothing recommended.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Complete Decongestive Physiotherapy - Specifically designed for the treatment of Lymphedema. A specialized massage protocol that helps circulate the lymphatic fluid and removes stagnation, congestion and blockages which are often related to fluid retention, joint stiffness, and sinus congestion. Following the treatment, decongestive bandages are placed as needed.

Oncology Massage - Is the adaptation of massage therapy to safely nurture body, mind and spirit of anyone who is dealing with cancer.  Our certified massage therapists integrate both Western and Eastern modalities of bodywork in order to safely address symptoms and side effects of both treatments and disease.  Conditions such as muscle aches, nausea, fatigue, neuropathy, constipation, anxiety and depression can be lessened or alleviated.  Safe, effective oncology massage therapy has been shown to reduce anxiety and depression, ease the nausea of chemotherapy and decrease the use of pain medication.  Oncology massage by our trained massage therapist is appropriate at every stage of your cancer journey: during and after treatment, in remission, cure or at the end of life.

Pre- & Post-Natal / Infant Massage - A massage created with Mom in mind. Provides soothing touch to relieve muscle tension, keep joints flexible and reduce swelling during the ever-changing physical experience of pregnancy and beyond. Additional massage for baby helps to calm and ease their entrance into life.

Geriatric Massage - A massage intended for individuals with limited mobility and special health needs related to the aging process. Soft, soothing, non-stimulating and supportive therapy is the core of this treatment

Aromatherapy - A light rhythmic treatment utilizing essential oils specifically blended for you. A deep relaxing treatment that promotes the elimination of toxins, strengthens the immune system and reconnects body, mind and spirit.
