Part-Time Account Managers
RelyLocal - Lake County is a locally-owned, independent business that operates as part of a national partnership focused on strengthening the economy by promoting local businesses in Lake County, Illinois.
We are seeking multiple Part-Time Sales & Marketing Representatives and Account Managers to represent RelyLocal - Lake County throughout the entire Lake County Illinois area. You will offer local business owners an opportunity to join RelyLocal - Lake County's campaign to strengthen the local economy.
Some of our products include, but are not limited to, grassroots community campaigns to advocate and support local businesses, locals-only online business directory, locals-only mobile app, active social media promotions (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), coupon marketing, rewards card program, local events, non-profit fundraising campaigns, cooperative advertising and direct mail.
A perfect candidate will have strong sales experience along with general web and social media skills. We prefer representatives with existing relationships in the local business community (may be village-specific), chambers, community organizations and networking groups. Most important, the top candidates must have roots in Lake County and a passion for helping local businesses suceed!
This opportunity has the potential to fill other roles within the company as we grow.
General Job Duties

- Offer RelyLocal Membership benefits, programs and products to locally-owned businesses
- Follow up with business owners
- Close sales and complete membership information forms
- Attend community events and networking opportunities to represent and promote RelyLocal - Lake County
