A business that will not innovate will not grow. The law does not forbid innovation, and neither should lawyers. Some business activities simply are not legal, and no amount of innovation will make them so. For all other types of business, there are usually lawful and ethical ways to help entrepreneurs achieve their objectives, and to avoid the phrase, "You can't do that".
