At Hot Yoga of Huntsville, we're here to help guide you to health and wellness of body, mind and spirit. During our classes, every muscle, organ, gland, joint and system are addressed, while the mind is focused.

We’re creating a unique yoga studio in Huntsville appropriate for all levels of practitioners – from those who’ve never done any yoga, to those who have practiced yoga for years.

Warm temperatures are ideal to promote flexibility and puts the body at an optimal state to receive the maximum benefits from the yoga postures. Sweating quickly and efficiently detoxifies the body. It also keeps the body from overheating.
