About
The only Craft Brewery in California's Victor Valley!
We're a production craft brewery in Oak Hills, CA. We focus on creating solid adaptions of classic beer styles for both people new to craft beer, and for people who already know and love great beer! As we grow, we aim to experiment more, creating new, different, & crazier beers for everyone's fun and enjoyment. We have a tasting room up front where you can come in, try tasters & pints, and buy growlers (re-fillable jugs of beer).
General Information
FAQs:
When are you open?
- We are open Friday and Saturday noon-9pm. We will expand our days as we grow, but will only be open at those times unless otherwise announced.
... Can I fill another Brewing Company's Growlers?
- Legally we can only fill our own growlers. The various regulatory agencies are strict about labeling alcoholic beverages, and putting our beer in another's growler would be mis-labeled.
What is a Growler, and how do they work?
- A growler is a 1- or 2- liter glass jug that you purchase and fill. We charge a flat fee for the glass itself, which you then own, and a fee to fill it. One liter growers cost $12 for the glass, and $8-10 to fill. Two liter growlers cost $30 for the glass, then $12-15 to fill. You can bring back your growler to have it re-filled as many times as you like. Currently, growlers are the only way we sell our beer for off-premises consumption.
Do you do private parties?
- We are more than glad to host private parties on the days we are not open or brewing! The format is simple: we open the brewery for your party, and sell beer at normal prices. There is no cost to open the brewery. We ask that there is at least 20 people in the party. You are more than welcome to bring your own food. Please contact Joe at Joe@oakhillsbrewing.com so arrange a private party.
Will you be serving food?
- We are NOT a brewpub (brewery/restaurant, like Oggis, BJs, Karl Strauss, etc.), so we will not be serving food. Occasionally we have food trucks come by where you can purchase food and enjoy inside the brewery. Look at our events to see when the next food truck is scheduled!
Are you hiring?
- We're starting VERY small, so we're not looking to hire yet. When we grow, we will announce when we need more help.
Where else can I get your beer?
- Due to our small size, we do not sell anywhere other than our tasting room. As we grow, we will sell our kegs to bars and restaurants. Also, we will not be bottling or canning initially, but hope to do that in the future. To take our beer home, come to the brewery and pick up a growler!
