Renee Han Kowalski owner for the past six years credits the magic of her business to the dedication and hard-work of her employees.  "My staff all take ownership within the company" and somewhere along the way, they have created an "atmosphere where everyone wants to work and wants to come back."  Renee's own independence and strong work ethic enable her to take new ideas and move the business forward in a competitive market.  She believes wholeheartedly in the strength, talents, and skills of her employees and wants them to be creative and come to her with ideas.
