The Helena Household Goods Office is the original location of Mergenthaler Transfer and Storage. Our company diversification was founded in Helena when then President and 2^nd generation owner Jerry Mergenthaler realized in a town of 25,000 our growth would have to be in other markets and other business’s.  As the company grew separate buildings were built in Helena for the other divisions. The moving and storage business remains at malfunction junction in the center of Helena where we have 40,000 square feet of vaulted and racked warehouse available for your needs.  Also housed in this location are all Household Goods Division functions, like long distance dispatch, revenue accounting and claims. Helena Household Goods Office  has been actively providing moving and storage services since 1965.
