Michelle Gonneville ~ Head Baker

Michele graduated from Southern Maine Community College in 1989 where she excelled in culinary arts and baking. She then took classes at the The Culinary Institute of America where she specialized in Wedding Cakes. While working for local bakeries and restaurants she was frequently asked by family & friends to create their dream wedding cakes. Wedding cakes soon became Michele’s passion and in 1996 her dream came true when she opened her own bakery in Biddeford.

In 2006 she bought a home in Old Orchard Beach and houses a state licensed commercial kitchen in the homes lower level. Today her professional kitchen produces pastries, all occasion cakes and her specialty, custom wedding cakes.
