My name is Jay Johnson, and I am a professional photographer based in Collierville, Tennessee, serving the Mid-South area.

I have 15 years experience behind SLR cameras.  Even though I am am totally digital now, I do have experience in a dark room.  I am the official fight photographer for Empire Fight Championships.

My passion is creating art.  Whether it's family, classic cars, architecture, gatherings, or anything else you are interested in having professionally photographed.  I love capturing that "moment in time".  That all too brief fraction of a second that's worth more than a thousand words.  

I love to create on location.  There are several places in the Memphis area that I use to take portraits.  However, I'll be more than happy to take portraits in your home or that special place that means so much to you or your family.  I'm easy going, light-hearted, and I respond to spontaneity.  Portrait sessions are your time.  Let's have some fun with it.
