We continue to offer the same high quality deer processing as we
have for over 30 years

 

Our boneing prices include any steaks and roasts cut boneless to
your specifications.

 

Vacuum packaging for steaks and roasts is $0.45 per bag.

 

We also welcome clean boneless deer trim to make sausage
products.

 

We require a $60.00 deposit on all orders.  

 

 

We offer custom curing of any Pork with the same award winning recipes we've
used
in our retail store for over 50 years:

We do not accept live animals for
slaughter.
We do offer custom cutting of beef or
pork.
All beef must be quartered before we recieve it, and all pork must be
split in half. We ask that all meat be very clean before we recieve it, and we
reserve the right to refuse any meat that we feel is
unsanitary.
