The name Ray’s is remembered by many in the area for Great food.  It all started in 1964 when my father and mother opened a Drive-In here in Kelso.   In 1967, they modified our home and opened it to the public as Ray’s House of Pizza and Steaks. 

By offering some of the area’s best food in a unique atmosphere,  It was here the reputation was made.  We closed the business in 1976 because of Dad’s health related issues.  Now, after 30 years;  my wife Cindy and I have rekindled the fire, so to say.  Our old house no longer stands, but the recipes and philosophies I grew up with are not forgotten.

 

Our "Whiteford House"  (Dining)  is adjacent to our main restaurant.  We offer the same menu, but in an atmosphere a bit more quite and cozy than our main restaurant.  The facility is also available for Group Dining  and Parties of nearly 50 people.   

 

Our Outdoor Courtyard Dining area is nestled between our two buildings.  We open the outdoor area from May into October for dining.  Over the past several years, Our Courtyard has become popular for our Saturday Night Cook-Outs and Themed Buffets, paired with the areas best Entertainment. 

 

Our Plaza Conference Center (Banquet Center) is located in Cape Girardeau, adjacent to the Holiday Inn Express.  

With 3 different rooms, we can accommidate groups from 30 to 800.  Weddings, Conventions, Parties, Dinner Auctions, Reunions and more... Our facility is the ideal venue for your special event!
