Johnson
Communications Service, Inc. was founded as a small, family business in 1959 as
an authorized Motorola service center for the installation and repair of
Motorola two-way radio equipment in the Southeast Missouri and Southern Illinois
areas. In 1970, as J & S Communications, the company served as the first
paging, interconnect, marine radio, and telephone answering service business in
Southeast Missouri.

Tel-Link, the paging,
telephone interconnect service, voice mail, and telephone answering service
division of JCS, was formed in 1987. Tel-Link serves as the largest locally
owned paging company and acts as an agent for four additional paging
carriers.

JCS/TEL-LINK became JCS
wireless in 2010 and is an authorized dealer for Motorola two-way radios, an
authorized distributor for Motorola paging products, an authorized distributor
for Kenwood two-way radios, an authorized Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer,
offering paging services along with satellite telephones from Motient,
Globalstar and Iridium.

As electronic communications
technology rapidly advances, JCS wireless continues to expand its services and
products. The rental division offers tower space, airtime, and equipment rental.
WAN/LAN products are provided as a wireless wide-area networking for computers
and Internet access. The car audio division offers custom design and
installation of high quality car stereo products and the new XM satellite radio
products. The main office is located at 1606 N. Kingshighway in Cape Girardeau
with satellite offices in Arnold, Doniphan, Perryville, Poplar Bluff in
Missouri; Anna and Chester in Illinois . The company mission statement is as
