Cafe Soupe

When designing the concept of Café Soupé, our goal was to provide a unique dining experience that focused on healthy choices to further promote the theme of wellbeing and activity by our neighbors in CityCentre. Café Soupé will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week. The bistro like atmosphere will entice you to sit and dine in the courtyard and enjoy the ambiance.

Our menu is innovative and features a wide assortment of freshly made soups, salads, and sandwiches that are both tasty and unique to the Southeast Missouri area. Additionally we offer quality coffee drinks, fountain beverages, packaged beverages and fruit infused water. For those interested we also feature a limited selection of wine by the glass and bottled beer.

You will find our menu is unlike any other. The sandwiches and specials served are created with a passion for fresh ingredients, herbs and spices. This attention to flavor and quality is particularly noticeable in Café Soupé’s offerings. We are delighted to have a selection sandwiches comprised of distinctly different bread options, special recipe sauces and in house made pickles and seasoned popcorn. There is an assortment of fresh made salads and deli salads including our signature house signature salad that features mixed greens, artichoke hearts, capers, tomatoes, and vinaigrette. And of course, no café is complete without the wonderful brew of coffee, teas, and espresso drinks.

Let’s talk soup! Our menu will offer a daily selection of eight soups. Just like the "é" in our name we will accent each soup with toppings to further enhance the soup flavor and our personal flair for distinction. Just to give you a hint of our variety, we have our soon to be wildly popular Buffalo Chicken soup topped with bleu cheese crumbles, our Cheddar Chipotle Corn Chowder topped with shredded cheddar and popcorn, or our Loaded Baked Potato drizzled with sour cream and topped with shredded cheddar.

Salad selections will include highlights such as Caprese Salad, Smoked Brisket Salad, Soupé House Salad, Tortellini Antipasto Salad and so much more! Incidentally, we already have plans for weekly distinctions in for our soups, salads, and sandwiches!

Sandwiches will all be served with seasoned popcorn and a house-made pickle. Sandwiches will include a mix of paninis, flats, pretzel bread, sourdough, and ciabatta. Some selections will include Caribbean Jerk, Southwest Turkey, Ham and Brie, Garlic Chicken, Roast Beef Gorgonzola, Smoked Brisket and (for those foregoing meat) a Basil and Goat Cheese. There will of course be a kid friendly menu boasting classics such as grilled cheese, pepperoni flatbread, and even macaroni and cheese bites.
