Herb's Quality Meats-has been the only locally owned meat market in Boulder, Colorado since 1976 and is now located in Broomfield, Colorado. Herb's Quality Meats is a small, upscale, specialty foods market that specializes in quality all-natural meats, delicatessen items, frozen foods, and specialty grocery items. Herb's Meats also provides the community with great customer service, excellent products and a clean environment. Herb's Quality Meats' core products are high quality meats and specialty foods. The fresh meats are high end all natural beef, poultry, lamb, and wild game. All our meat is all natural, meaning it is steroid, antibiotic, and hormone free. Herb's Meats has been carrying all natural meats since 1976...before all natural was popular. Herb's Quality Meats also has our own in-house grinder and we make our own sausage. The delicatessen contains sliced meats and cheese, as well as salads. Including, Herb's own Chicken Salad, BBQ beef brisket, and potato salads. The freezer section offers customers heat & serve products, such as homemade soups and stews, sauces, pastas, frozen meats (i.e. hamburger patties and 1 lb packages), and a variety of in-house madesausages and brats. The grocery items that Herb's offers are tortilla chips, barbecue sauces, and salad dressings. For dessert, Herb's sells ready-to-bake fruit pies and home-made crisps, pre-baked Pumpkin pies, cookies, and frozen Southern Exposure Key Lime pies and tarts.
