I draw from a variety of treatment approaches and will tailor our work specifically to your situation. I do not believe in "cookie cutter" treatments as we are all unique. My approach has been strongly influenced by Humanistic Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. I also infuse elements of Art Therapy with clients who express interest in more creative techniques. 

All sessions are held in a comfortable, confidential, and supportive atmosphere. I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients unique needs.

I now offer online "Skype" sessions for those who prefer not to travel.
