6th Annual Chicks with Picks Fundraiser: Local female fronted bands play for charity once again, The Bethlehem Inn

Bend, Oregon, Saturday, April 22nd, 7:00p.m.: Chicks with Picks 6th Annual fundraiser returns. Three local female fronted bands will play at Volcanic Theatre Pub (70 SW Century Drive in Bend) on April 22 from 7pm-11pm to raise money for The Bethlehem Inn.
This event has raised over $6,500 for local charities over the past 5 years and raised awareness of the emergency services offered in the local community for those in need.
The Bethlehem Inn is a community-supported emergency shelter that provides a warm, safe place to sleep, nourishing meals, and case management services for adults and children experiencing homelessness in Central Oregon. This life-saving and life-changing work could NOT be done without the generosity of this community. They actively collaborate with partners to maximize effectiveness and encourage community support and engagement at many levels.

This years’ Chicks with Picks line- up is (playing in this order):
Butterfly Breakdown 7-7:50, Kim Kelley and Friends 8-8:50, Broken Down Guitars 9-9:50, and a special performance by all the females of the bands, Vagina Band 10-10:30
