At Mollies Kountry Kitchen we don't cut corners. We take the painstaking time to make sure everything is just what the customer ordered! We do everything the old fashioned way just for our customers.

We use only the finest ingredients at Mollie's Kountry Kitchen. You will find fresh fruits, vegetables and choice meats with no preservatives. We use canola oil for cooking. Just about the only thing we don't do is lay our own eggs! But they come fresh to us from a local chicken ranch.
Mollies Kountry Kitchen is among the survivors of a mostly by gone era, establishments where the food is good, the atmosphere friendly, and the prices reasonable.
You simply haven't experienced true good, down-home cookin' until you've sat down to an old-fashioned breakfast, lunch, or dinner at Mollies Kountry Kitchen.
Mollie's was started on April 20, 1990. I am deeply and sincerely grateful for your support in these tough economic times. It is my duty as the owner of Mollie’s Kountry Kitchen to produce the finest quality food for the best value. We pride ourselves on fresh baked breads and pies. We only use the finest quality ingredients available and all of our soups are home made.
Over the years Rich Sparks has invested in Mollie's as well as our local community. Rich was the former Chairman of the Apple Valley Planning Commission, served on the Board of Directors for the Victorville Homeless Shelter, Finemaster of The Apple Valley Rotary Club, an officer of the Apple Valley Business Improvement District, and Honorary Town Marshall.
We added the beautiful and cozy outdoor patio seating area in 1993. It is also available for private meetings, parties and fundraisers.
Come join us for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can also reserve Mollie's back room for your next meeting or party. Visiting Mollie's is like visiting family. Come on down.
