EVOLUTIONS FITNESS AND WELLNESS

The Evolutions Fitness and Wellness program is operated by the Tulare Regional Medical Center in Tulare, CA. Our fresh approach to health and wellness takes place through the classes and programs offered by the Evolutions Fitness Center. Our sprawling facility opened in 2005 and hosts more than 100 classes each week ranging from cycling, swimming, running, to weight training.

Unlike other fitness centers in the area, Evolutions Fitness and Wellness Center's medically-integrated approach to fitness offers you a unique experience focused on health and wellness.

Our staff works with you to help set and achive your fitness goals to make positive change in your health. Our medically-integrated approach offers you a fitness experience ranging from day-to-day health maintenence to sports performance training.
