Anesthesia:  We utilize the safest available
anesthetics to provide an extra margin of safety, especially for our older or
high-risk patients. Using the most modern equipment, the patient's vital
signs, including oxygen levels, temperature, blood pressure, heart and
respiratory rate are monitored during all anesthetic procedures. An
experienced and well trained staff member is constantly monitoring your pet
directly and with specialized equipment to maintain the best level of anesthesia
for the pet's safety.

Surgical Services: 
We perform a wide variety of surgical procedures, including but not limited to:
lacerations, tumor and mass removals, biopsies, sterilization surgeries
(spay & neuter), declaws, neonatal tail and dewclaw removals, bladder stone
removal, and exploratory surgeries.

Dentistry:  Our dental services
include teeth cleaning, polishing and fluoride treatment, tooth extractions and
minor oral surgery. We use local anesthetic nerve blocks to help any discomfort
your pet may experience both during and after extractions. We stock special
foods, treats and home care dental products to help you keep your pet's mouth as
clean and healthy as possible and hopefully increase the length of time between
your pet's professional dental cleanings under anesthesia.

Dermatology: We provide in-house testing for skin
infections, external parasites and mange. Most of our patients with
Atopy (Inhaled allergy), Food Allergy and/or Flea allergy are diagnosed and
management of the disease is accomplished within a short time, making the pet
much more comfortable.

Internal medicine and surgical
consults: We work with and offer referrals to veterinary medicine
board certified specialists who perform echocardiograms, ultrasounds,
endoscopic procedures, and advanced surgical procedures to help us with the
diagnosis and treatment of more complicated cases.

Diagnostic Imaging:  Our on-site, modern
digital X-ray equipment provides high quality radiographs to aid in the quick
diagnosis of many disorders. This technology allows us to provide pet owners
with a CD of their pet's radiographs as well as send the images to computers.
Digital radiology is faster, shows more detail, is more environmentally friendly
and reduces the amount of radiation your pet is exposed to. Our ultrasound
equipment is used to evaluate the internal organs and is frequently helpful
in diagnosing kidney, bladder and gall stones.

ECG services on-site as well as consultations with cardiology specialists.

Laboratory:  Our in-house laboratory facilities
provide for serum chemistry, hematology, serology, electrolytes, urinalysis and
parasite testing. We also utilize commercial veterinary laboratories for
specialized diagnostics and consultations. We have several heavily
discounted lab "packages" through our outside reference lab so routine wellness
blood and urine screens for your pet are as affordable as possible.

Pharmacy:  We maintain a complete inventory of
pharmaceuticals, vitamins, shampoos, flea and tick control products and
heartworm preventatives to meet the needs of your pet. We also carry a full line
of prescription diets. We have home delivery of many prescription
items available through our on-line VetStore. We also work with several
compounding pharmacies to provide your pet with the correct strength of needed
medications in an easy to administer form or flavor.

Individualized Flea Control Programs:  We develop
programs for the specific needs of your pet and your own particular
environmental situation. We will review with you the best ways to control fleas
in your house, in your yard and on your pet.

Nutrition and
Weight Management:  We will provide guidance regarding your pet's
nutritional needs for each life stage, including dietary requirements for
growth, weight maintenance and performance. We stock prescription foods designed
specifically to help manage many diseases dogs and cats may develop. We offer a
discounted "Weight Exam" for pets needing help shedding those unwanted pounds
and can design specific nutritional plans for the individual patient.

Behavior
Medicine:  We offer behavior consultations to allow more time to
diagnose and properly manage many behavior problems in dogs and cats such as
excessive barking, chewing, spraying, scratching, digging, house soiling and
aggression. We also refer patients to trainers and behavior specialists when
needed.

Geriatric Care:  We have a lot of "senior citizen"
dogs and cats and are happy to address their special needs with careful
monitoring, individualized treatments and TLC. Remember, "Old" is not a disease!
We offer a number of health screenings that provide early detection of diseases
that are more likely to develop in older pets.

Boarding:  We provide pet
boarding for our patients. Boarding space is reserved in advance. We recommend
you call well in advance for holiday boarding as we have limited cage/run space.
Pets may be dropped off and picked up during regular office hours Monday through
Saturday. For your convenience you may print out a copy of the required Boarding Form to fill
out in advance of your pet's check in. If your pet is currently on medication,
we can administer it while your pet is staying with us. If your pet needs any
medications or treatments administered during their stay with us, we have a Medication/Treatment
Form that can be printed out and filled out in advance to save time
at your pet's check in.

Customized
vaccination programs: We tailor your pet's vaccination program
based on their age, lifestyle and risk factors as determined from the detailed
