Every toy is made from a variety of select hardwoods combined to provide natural color contrast. No stains are used in the process and each piece is hand brushed with a clear non-toxic finish to protect its surface. There is a lifetime guarantee with each toy. If a repair is needed, please call the above number before shipping the toy. Sometimes a simple replacement part can be shipped directly to you. If a major repair is needed, the piece can be shipped to the above address. (Shipping is at the customer’s expense, each way. There is no charge for the actual repair) |
