Cedar River Smokehouse uses only the hightest USDA meats. Our Beef Brisket is dry rubbed then smoked with Mesquite and Hicory wood for fifteen hours at low temperatures to make the meat moist and tender. The St. Louis Pork Ribs are rich, meaty and also a popular item for catering. Be sure to also take a peek at the other choices of meats and side dishes to choose from.
