We are a small Farm in New Braunfels Texas. Right between San Antonio and New Braunfels, about 1 hour south of Austin.

We are selling the cheese we make at different Farmers markets around
the area. 

Our cheese is sold frozen in 1/2 lb. containers and we offer French-style Chevre and Fromage Blanc/Quark, dessert cheese, all in assorted delicious flavors.

We breed Nubian and Saanen Dairy goats and also have a few Llamas and miniature Donkeys.

Our main Breed is the Nubian. We breed for a large, long, elegant Dairy goat, that does well in the show ring and in the milking parlor.

We have been breeding registered Dairy goats since 1999. We are very happy with our breeding program and couldn't be prouder of our animals.
