Montgomery's source for yoga is Yoga with Sara.  Sara teaches Hatha Yoga and is SCW certified with over 3000 hours of teaching and over 15 years of experience.

Yoga with Sara offers a variety of practices an include:  Yoga Pilates Blends, Hatha Yoga, Meditation and Prananyama (the science of breathing) as well as power stretching.

Need to cut down your golf game by a few strokes?  Yoga for golf will improve your swing and focus on hamstrings, shoulders and lower back.
