Dunagan Warehouse began in 1984 as a storage and distribution company, which has grown to offer logistics services for both dry and refrigerated customers. We give companies the choices to supply their customers on a regional basis by unloading and storing their products in a clean, dry warehouse with sorted and computerized inventory control program, EDI interface and perpetual inventory counts. We have handled export shipments to The Far East, England, France ,Germany and Caribbean Islands. We are USDA ID-3373 sanctioned for off-premise storage of major poultry processors like Pilgrim's Pride, Tyson Foods, Con-Agra Foods, Armour-Eckrich and many others. Dunagan Warehouse is much, much more than a warehouse for storage. We are a total logistics and distribution facility. We have tandem truck tractors, dry, refrigerated and flat bed trailers, low boy trailers, small covered trailer and pick up deliveries available. We have many acres of storage parking for tractor trailers, both empty and loaded, security fenced and lighted, fire and smoke central alarm system, and centrally monitored burglar and video systems to prevent any unauthorized activities. We even handle medical records and equipment for the two major hospitals in our city, and records from both financial institutions and a local transportation audit company. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, with weekend and call out capabilities available. About Our Services
Customers may send Dunagan palletized products or floor loaded, trailer loads, rail car loads, and containerized loads. We will unload, stack, sort and place in our care and custody until the customer releases. Then, we can sort, label, deliver or prepare for common carrier or private carrier loading to the final destination, whether around the corner or across the globe. Dunagan can handle your packaging needs with packaging from manufacturers like Georgia-Pacific, International Paper, and Weyerhaeuser.
Dunagan's professional staff is not challenged by receiving or shipping per customer specifications - drum and palletized, floor stacked, or stuffed into a container, our staff is experienced and capable. We can handle sub-assembly work; box items (such as an order fulfillment operation); and collect from various suppliers, combine and package, and ultimately ship to the final customer or destination. We collect rough or finished timber products (dimension lumber) and transload onto “center beam” rail cars for shipment to the West Coast. We handle steel structures (I-beams) with our 18,000# forklift and have multiple forklifts with 5,000 - 8,000# capacity. Dunagan has forklift attachments, such as paper roll clamp, to unload rail cars and truck trailers and then transfer to our fleet of tandem truck tractors, flat bed trailers or dry 48’ or 53’ vans. We pick up drums of product, store and ship to different customer locations. We have distributed USDA commodities for the school lunch program to over 33 counties in East Texas and over 170 school districts and we have loaded frozen chicken export-labeled products for the Far East and Russia. We can bring in bulk products. Sort and segregate, mark, stencil, label and stack, stretch-film loaded pallets and load either on those pallets or floor load for maximum trailer/container capacity. Our computerized “Traker” inventory program allows data entry tracking when and what received, accounted for, tracked and then when shipped. It prepares bills of lading for fast, accurate delivery to your choice of destinations. We can use your prepared inventory control system through EDI interface, use your company’s Bill of Lading for blind shipments from our location to theirs. Excel spread sheets can be prepared showing available quantity on hand, product movement history, and easily update daily per your instructions and forward to the designated person of your choice.
