Studio Q currently offers private and semi-private equipment training with a fully certified instructor in the Pilates repertoire. The full breadth of the Pilates equipment is available and utilized in equipment training including, the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Combo Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector as well as numerous props. Mat classes are also available.
