Paul Berg grew up in West Hartford and remembers playing on the building sites where his father and grandfather worked. He enjoyed watching the different artisans, different stages of construction and soon the tools became his toys. As the men before him he pursued a Construction career and graduated from Rensselaer Institute with a BS in Engineering.

Paul soon found that he had more skills in Management and enjoyed figuring our different marketing strategies ‘taking a business apart’ and ‘building it up’ again by integrating technology helping them to operate more efficient. With a focus on the people & process Paul is able to enhance you product and help you to succeed.
