The Prime Rib Room on the River is renowned for its slow-cooked, mouth-watering Prime Rib, carved and served tableside. We also feature Chicken Cordon Bleu, or try our newest fish selection. Your dinner includes a brand new, all-you-can eat salad bar with daily selections of vegetables, our signature creamed spinach, fresh fruit, an extensive potato bar as well as our newly famous cheese bread. Our dessert selection includes a delectable assortment of pies, cakes (with sugar free choices) all made fresh daily in our own bakery and soft serve vanilla ice cream. All of this is included in one low price per person.

The Prime Rib Room on the River is located on the 2nd Floor of the North Tower, overlooking the spectacular Colorado River and Black Mountains.
