Our Sockeye salmon is Wild Caught, from Alaska. We then brine, and smoke the salmon using pure wood fire. Crimson Cove's signature flavor is a blend of Alder and Apple woods. We offer two different ways of packaging.

-Refrigerated (vacuum sealed) Smoked salmon. Available in Poulsbo style, pepper style, honey style, cajun & hot cajun style!

-Non-refrigerated (pressure cooked) Smoked salmon packaged in a gold gift style pouch. This salmon does not need to be refrigerated until the package is opened. 

Perfect for shipping or custom gift boxes! Available with or without our handmade wood boxes.
