Imaging Information
We make every effort to troubleshoot potential problems, but cannot be held responsible for files we do not create. This includes, but is not limited to content, resolution of raster data or imageability of client files. In addition, we cannot assume any responsibility for poorly created files. We can only troubleshoot “technical” file attributes, not edit or “second guess” the graphic content of client files. Fonts, scans and any other reference files must be included on disk along with the actual file to be imaged.
Clients are requested to submit “proofs” along with their file. We assume no responsibility for output discrepancies in files submitted without proofs. Because of variations in monitors, inks, film, imaging equipment and processing, “color critical” files require a test image. We assume no responsibility for undesirable color output if no color test is requested.
Imaging orders are subject to output time constraints. We reserve the right to interrupt output of files that appear corrupt, cause system malfunctions or involve unusually long output time. Please establish the compatibility of your files before requesting services. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or erased files or incompatible media. Please make sure all files are archived elsewhere.
