of the purpose of helping each other to succeed in the mainstream of American Business. A membership in the Odessa Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is an investment in the community's advancement.

     The Odessa Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is supported by annual subscriptions voluntarily made by business, industry and individuals and operates on a budget approved by the Board of Directors. Financial operations are conducted on a conservation basis. It is the purpose of the management to get a maximum of results from available funds.
