Dr. Fortney believes, "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure," even though not all pets have the same risk. The most important part of being your pet’s doctor is risk assessment to determine your pet’s needs, so the appropriate care may be given. Tiffany Hills Animal Hospital is also well-equipped with state-of-the-art instruments to treat medical problems requiring surgery. Read more about our new facility.

Occasionally, a patient may require the care of a specialist, in this case, we refer you to either Mission Med Vet or Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Clinic, where Dr. Fortney has close connections and can monitor the advanced healthcare of your pet.
BOARDING
|
Our facility does not provide boarding services.
The staff at Tiffany HIlls Animal Hospital suggests taking your pet to Pete and Mac's Pet Resort on Prairie View Road for all your boarding and grooming needs. They provide excellent onsite staffing (24-7), weekend drop off and pick up, glass block runs with state-of-the-art ventilation and sanitation systems and a wonderful indoor/outdoor play area.
Be sure to consult with Dr. Fortney for the best ways to handle boarding your pet, if they have a medical condition, which may require attention while you are away.
RESCUE
|
We are serious about helping dogs and cats, especially when they are neglected or in need. Tiffany Hills Animal Hospital works closely with the Fresh Start Sheltie Rescue and American Brittany Rescue organizations. We are a network of compassionate people with one goal, which is to save animals from neglect, nurture them, provide healthcare and restore their quality of life before placing them in a loving home.
