Jim Howard received formal art training at the American Academy of Art in Chicago and has had 40 plus years of experience in watercolor, pencil, and pen and ink. He has worked in advertising layout and design, and has produced book illustrations for a number of publishing houses. Currently he resides in Helena, Montana with his wife, Joyce.

 Jim's talent enables him to create art that enhances the viewer's sensitivity to all areas of nature.
