Dr. Kidd graduated from Tower Hill Prep School in Wilmington, DE and then attended Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa for a BA in Biology. He was accepted at the University of Pennsylvania Dental School after three years of college instead of the normal four, obtaining a DMD degree there. After doing a year-long internship at Wilmington General Hospital, he did an orthodontic residency in Wilmington, DE for three years and became board eligible in Orthodontics.

He practices in both Dover and Milford, Delaware with the same experienced staff. The Dover office received a major renovation in 2004, installing the latest in digital diagnostic and sterilization equipment.

Because of his extensive experience, he is well versed in all orthodontic techniques. He has been using the Damon System predominately for the last five years. This system uses lighter force, requires fewer extractions, and 20% fewer visits by Dr. Kidd's own statistics.
