Our BBQ isn’t quite Kansas, Texas or Carolina. It’s just local.  We strive to to sell delicious and remarkable food. The food and drink we sell meets the highest standards of quality and freshness. Our meats are prepared with our house-made rub, which has a unique twist to give a distinct and delicious flavor.  We slow-smoke our regionally sourced meats over hickory wood for 14-16 hours

You can enjoy a meal or a drink inside, where you can catch your favorite game, or you can relax outside on our patio, which has great view of the hogbacks.
